Approx. 15 items: letter, 12/21/1939, to Norman Chandler from a representative (signature unreadable) of the Huntington Beach Scientific Angler's Club praising a "Distance Fly and Bait Champion," R.G. "Dick Miller, and recommending him for honors ; a "Place card" list for the banquet ; a collection of very rough handwritten notes apparently related to the banquet.

The 4th copy is hand written. Other items in this folder include a list of awards and honors won in 1965 by Los Angeles Times Staffers; a memo from Freddie Miller to Otis Chandler regarding what kind of speech to give; a copy of the banquet's schedule, and a head table seating chart.
