Harrison [Biltmore Hotel Banquet Manager] confirming the banquet details; a letter sent by Ralph W. Harrison to Edward J. Reap confirming the banquet and its menu, attached to this letter is a memo from Edward J. Reap to Nick Williams; a letter from Nick William's to Edward J. Reap regarding the banquet program schedule; a draft of a letter addressed to "Tom" from Otis Chandler and Nick William's informing "Tom" about the creation of the annual Los Angeles Times Editorial Awards; and two copies of the outline for the awards dinner.

Johnson, Hugh A. Lewis, R. F. Mark, Edward J. Reap, Marvin Reimer, Fred Selzer, and Nick Williams. One of the memos has to do with Sam Yorty and includes a copy of a letter that Yorty sent to Norman Chandler.

"Two copies of the transcript of Otis Chandler's appearance on KNBC's News Conference on November 29, 1969. There is also a copy of a second part of the script that was aired after the last commercial break. Also included in this folder are a two page memo from Robert F. Erburu to Franklin D. Murphy and Albert V. Casey, discussing the meaning of Otis Chandler's statement, right before the show ended, in regards to newspaper's ownership of television stations; a memo from Gordon Phillips to Edward J. Reap, presenting KNBC News Conference's latest audience evaluation, this memo has a note attached to it; a letter from Paul B. Sonnenthal offering advice on how to make change to situation that Otis Chandler discussed during the interview; a note of praise from Marty Hansen, in which he also sends a clipping from his local newspaper; a note of praise from Mark Davidson, in which he also sends his resume; and, thirty letters, one telegram and three notes of praise."

Casey; a letter from Robert F. Erburu to Otis Chandler informing Chandler of the meeting; a memo from Edward J. Reap to Paul Bertness regarding his absence from the meeting and the slide show presentation; two memos from Mrs. Norman Chandler [Dorothy "Buff" Chandler] to Richard S. Robinson regarding the Sun Company, the Orange Coast Publishing Company and 1967 Annual Report; a one page document regarding legalities regarding the Sun Company; and a memo from Robert D. Nelson to Mrs. Norman Chandler [Dorothy "Buff" Chandler] regarding the 1967 Annual Report.
