Fleeta Hoke (1901-1995), better known as "Marian Manners," was the earliest food editor of the Times. From 1939 to 1964, Hoke edited the food articles and demonstrated recipes and cooking techniques at the Times's "College of Cookery." Includes recipe cards, correspondence, photographs, publications, and objects. Date range is 1931-1970s.
