Two of the copies are reprints from California Publisher. Also in this folder is an introduction by Vance Stickell; eight congratulatory letters, two of them have responses from Otis Chandler; two letters from Robert E. Brandson, President of the Western States Advertising Agencies Association, one thanks Otis Chandler for his time and provides details about the reception, and the other is notifying Otis Chandler that he has been chosen as their Man of the Year; a letter to Freddie Miller from Ruth Oreck, Executive Secretary at Western States Advertising Agencies Association, providing information about the head table; two different copies of Westword, the official publication of the Western States Advertising Agencies Association; an invitation for the 1967 awards luncheon; an invitation for the awards ceremony honoring Otis Chandler, along with a memo from John Gall to Van Stickell listing 14 names and it also has handwritten notes. nine newspaper and magazine clippings regarding the award; three Western Union congratulatory telegrams; and a phone message taken by Freddie Miller.
