    Approx. 15 items: a collection of LAT article clips and copies on various aspects of American Indians. The earliest examples are from 1886, 1888, and 1889, exhibiting a wide range of attitudes towards "the indian problem." Also a 1973 "rereading" and fresh review, by Robert Kirsch, of the novel Ramona (1885) and a 6-pp. excerpt copied from West of the West, by Robert Kirsch and William S. Murphy.
