Cataloger's Note: this name might be "Hexham" but there is no Duke of Henham or Hexham listed in the Peerage. It might be Jonathan Martin, 1782-1838, who styled himself as the Duke of Hexham, after he was confined to Bedlam in Feb. 1829, for attempting to burn down York Minster in 1829; but in this case the date of the letter would be incorrect.
