The Army-Navy YMCA building, in San Pedro, California, was completed in 1926. It is now a nursing home called the Harbor View House. The letter is addressed to T. A. Russell and signed by Harry Chandler, E. P. Clark, George Cochran, George L. Eastman, F. E. Eckhart, Maynard McFie, and Seeley W. Mudd.
