- Legal and financial records of the Kern County Land Company. The majority of the material deals with land development, but there are several items dealing with water-supply in Kern County. There are also approximately 45 stock certificates for Luz Electrica de Jalapa, in Spanish, dated 1893, and four copies of an 1895 edition of The Californian.
