Occasional later fragmentary additions in secretary hands, and in English rather than Latin. Includes an index, or "tabula," at the end.

The first ten entries under the letter A, for example, are for Academy, Accent, Acid, Action in Law, Admiration, Admiral, Adultery, Agarick [mushroom], Agate, and Ages of Man, with two or three paragraphs on each.
