The marquees read "The biggest pictures, best stars, the finest productions play the Fox Ritz Theatre" and "See pictures sooner at the Ritz Theatre". The theater is housed in an Art Deco style building with several empty storefronts to the left of the theater and a nut shop to the right. Two automobiles are parked on the street.
