HM 4046 (dated May 8) proposes an armistice between Spain and rebelling Indians in Sonora and Sinaloa, and offers the Indians amnesty. HM 4047 (dated June 17) is a four-part proclamation, and concerns royal warehouses, freightage aboard ships, the annual fair at Guymas, and the mining and sale of salt. In Spanish.

These letters discuss various aspects of Argüello's duties. HM 26186 is to Gabriel Moraga, and dated 1794, August 20. HM 26187 is to Gabriel Moraga, dated 1796, May 20. Antonio María Bucareli y Ursúa letters to Felipe Barri and Felipe de Neve

This set of four letters deals with various aspects of administration of the Spanish colonies of New Spain, including the missions. HM 16573 and HM 16574 (which also contain photograph facsimiles) are addressed to Felipe Barri, and dated November 30, 1771 and June 4, 1772. HM 16575 and HM 16576 are addressed to Felipe de Neve, and dated November 12, 1774 and March 26, 1776. In Spanish.

The collection consists of letters, documents, and one map (all in Spanish) which are papers assembled in 1794 for the Conde de Revilla Gigedo. It consists mostly of official correspondence (1765-72) between Gálvez and the successive viceroys of Mexico. They deal with the organization of the expeditions sent to San Diego and Monterey to occupy California, the efforts to enlarge the frontiers of New Spain and subdue the Indians in Sonora and Sinaloa, and the removal of the Jesuit missionaries from Lower California
