Description: A series of letters written by Sarah Jennings Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough, to Mr. Waller of Lincoln's Inn Fields. The letters concern legal, financial, and estate matters. Some of the letters are written by Christopher Lofft, private secretary to Her Grace, the Duchess, on her behalf. A majority of the letters are damaged, with loss of text, but are repaired. The letters are written from Wimbledon, Marlborough House, and London, England.
