Huntington's businesses and encompass all of his business interests (the material also contains some personal financial documents). The companies included in the series are (list is not exhaustive): Central Pacific Railroad, Dolgeville Land Co., Huntington Land and Improvement Co., Huntington-Redondo Co., Kentucky Central Railroad, Los Angeles Land Co., Los Angeles Railway Co., Naples Co., Naples Extension Co., Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co. and other Newport Beach companies, Pacific Electric Railway Co., Pacific Light and Power Co., Redondo Beach Co., Riverside Improvement Co., Riverside Railway Co., San Gabriel River Improvement Co., San Gabriel Wine Co., San Marino Growers' Packing Association, San Marino Land Co., San Marino Packing House, Huntington's San Marino ranch, Southern Pacific Co., and Huntington's other railroad interests, Standard Felt Co., and Temple Street Cable Railway Co.
