Also included are materials relating to the drafting of United States Constitution and Benjamin Franklin and journals of travels in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Maryland at the beginning of the nineteenth century. There is also material relating to Mary Cadwalader Jones, Farrand's mother-in-law and the author of Lantern slides (Boston, 1937). Also present are 16 Theodore Roosevelt letters to Max Farrand.
