This group of material includes correspondence, clippings, and other printed material all related to Phoebe Apperson Hearst. The correspondence is between Vonnie Eastham and various people regarding creating a U.S. commemorative stamp to honor Hearst including a copy of a letter by Congressman Harold T. "Bizz" Johnson to President Lyndon B. Johnson, 1967 August 11. There is also a copy of the newsletter of The Phoebe Apperson Hearst Historical Society, 1969 October, as well as photocopies of letters and other material related to and written by Hearst, dated 1862 to 1898.
