Consists of two copies of the San Gabriel River Spreading Company's land map to accompany appraisal report of May 1937. Includes principle ownerships of Rancho Azusa lands; Keith MacNeil, Murray and Roydon Vosburg, and the Azusa-Foothill Company. Surveyed by H.R. Howells. Blueprint.
