    The collection consists of documents (including 11 volumes) related to the business and legal affairs of the Azusa-Foothill Citrus Company. These papers include copies of title abstracts for Ranchos Azusa, San José and Addition as well as minute books for the Azusa Land and Water Co., Azusa Citrus Association, and the Azusa-Foothill Citrus Company. There are also 40 maps in the collection, which show land and water distribution, irrigation systems, and roads for the periods 1878-1937.
