It is arranged alphabetically by author and then addressee. Participants include several prominent engineers and scientists including Bern Dibner, Alfred Castelnau, Karl K. Darrow, Louis Domenach, Harold S. Geneen, David Landau, L. Pearce Williams, and Christian V. Pellier. Much of the collection is written in French. This material is noted on the folders.
