- Numerous 16th century ms. annotations, particularly on front and rear endleaves and occasionally in the margins, in several hands in Latin and German. Missing portion of the table of contents has been added in ms. in the margins of leaf [c]3. Leaf laid in front with ms. annotations, titled "Extractus ex statutis Cap[el]li[?] perlensis" and signed "Fridericus Leuck pastor in freudenburg et decanus Cap[el]li[?] ...[?] in perle". Purchased by Sir Thomas Phillipps from Leander Van Ess in 1824; Phillipps' shelfmark "494" on front pastedown. Inherited by Thomas FitzRoy Fenwick, Phillipps' grandson, in 1872. Purchased by Rosenbach from Fenwick in 1923 and sold to Henry Huntington.
