Contemporary marginal ms. annotations in Spanish and Latin in a gothic hand, some trimmed; underlines, brackets, manicules (some trimmed), and other reading marks. Marginal ink drawing of the bust of a furry, long-nosed man with a peaked cap and a striped shirt on leaf l2r. Numerous 16th-century pen trials (prices, letter salutations, signatures, paraphs, and notary signs) in Spanish in various hands on title page. 16th century ms.comments in Latin and Spanish in humanistic hand, some trimmed. Possible pen trials on last page, including a 17th century signature, "El b[achille]r m[a]r[tine]z del sabio[?]" and a 17th century personal note.
