Inscription on leaf f8v: ad uso de Fr[atr]i Iacomo d[e] Panicale. Occasional marginal ms. annotations and manicules, possibly in Panicale's hand. Inscription on leaf f8v: Ad vso de F[rat]re Ambroscio li foro pagati p[er] amore de dio. Ms. list of titles on title page in an 18th century hand, indicating work used to be bound in a sammelband.
