    This collection is divided into two main parts, both arranged chronologically: Documents and Correspondence. Both series relate to the Wiley Gold Mining Company. James Thompson's name or signature appears on a majority of the documents. There are also two folders of ephemera, one containing two printed sketch maps of Nevada and one containing various printed material such as newsletters and pamphlets related to the Wiley Gold Mining Company and to other mining companies in the area.
