A declaration or manifest of the high and mighty lords the States Generall of the Vnited Netherland Provinces: comprehending a true relation of their sincere intention, and lawfull proceedings in the treaty with the extraordinary embassadors, and the commissionaries of the present goverment of England, so as the same hath been held here in the Hague, as also at London. And likewise of the unjust and violent proceedings of those of the said government, which have forced the said States Generall by way of retortion, to defend their state and subjects against their oppressions
