A scrapbook containing photographs, writings, and ephemera related to student Bertha Taylor's tenure at and graduation from the Cumnock School of Expression in Los Angeles, California, in 1908. Photographs show female students in costumes for school productions and on class trips. Some of the pages have photographs and names of Taylor's fellow classmates and teachers, as well as handwritten music, reminiscences, and a 21-page handwritten class play, "The Outsider" by Williamene Wilkes. Ephemera in the album includes "class day" ribbons, dance cards, invitations, Valentine's Day cards, programs for school productions, and halftone views of the school's 1902 building, showing several interior rooms.
