They began their researchers on the membranes and cavities of the nervous system in 1869 ... The chapters are: Upon Attraction; Of the Prime Mover; Of the orbits of the Planets; Of Comets & their orbits; and A Review of & further discussions upon this System. The author may well be William Whiston, Newton's friend and successor. Included with the manuscript is a letter by B. F. Atkinson, of University Library, Cambridge, to the Curator at the Babson Institute stating that the manuscript is not in the hand of Henry Pemberton (1950, June 1). In modern binding.

Printing Process: Lithography. Verso Text: Explanatory remarks by Fred Eaton, suggesting a cost of $1,000,000 to construct the proposed system. Report of consulting engineer Rudolph Hering dated September 6, 1887 supporting Eaton's work, and suggesting spreading fields as a suitable method. .
