Additional publishers listed on the title page are: New York, Cady & Burgess; Boston: James Monroe & Co. The book consists of 6 pages of text, followed by 8 numbered lithographs, printed by Otto Oncken, Cincinnati [Ohio]. The black and white images are primarily of houses, the first two are schematic in nature.
