An act for enabling Thomas Lord Southwell and his trustees, to raise money by making leases for lives renewable for ever, and fee-farms, and by sale or mortgage of certain lands and hereditaments in the county of Limerick in the kingdom of Ireland, for payment of debts and legacies of Thomas late Lord Southwell deceased, and the debts of the said Thomas now Lord Southwell; : and for making effectual certain leases made by the said Thomas late Lord Southwell to several palatines settled on his estates; and a lease made by the said Thomas late Lord Southwell to his brother Richard Southwell Esq; and for other purposes therein mentioned
