James C. Kellogg certificates
Manuscripts
The first certificate, dated 1890 March 21 and signed by U.S. President Benjamin Harris, appoints James C. Kellogg as Consul at Stettin (now Szczecin, Poland). The second certificate, dated 1905 May 27 and signed by U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt, appoints Kellogg as Consul at Colon, Panama.
