Which by the lawes of the kingdom, no person of what degree soever, but the Kings Majestie, and his Privy Councel, can give licence to transport either gold or silver to any person, after it is landed in any part of the kingdome of England. That this great and sacred trust cannot be changed into the hands of any person, persons, or corporations whatsoever, without changing or diminishing the sacred power of his Majestie, it being against his crown and dignity.
