Imperfect: initial blank leaf (leaf a1) lacking. First initial decorated in red, blue, and green inks along with gold leaf; subsequent initials in red and blue. Rubrication in red and blue. Binding: contemporary Italian blindstamped calf over wooden boards; remnants of leather clasps. In box.

One column of text, 34 lines; area of text: 18 x 11 cm. With initial spaces and guide-letters; without foliation and catchwords, except for one catchword on leaf pi6. Quires pi and a-x, leaves y2.5, y3.4, z2.5 and z3.4 are folio; rest are quarto.--Cf. BM 15th cent., IV, p. 627. Signatures: pi⁶ a⁴ b-i⁶ l-z⁶ &⁶ 2a-g⁶ 2h⁴ A⁸ (A8 blank).
