Ruin to ruin, after misery to misery. : Being the distressed, and ruined, and perishing state of the loyal and faithful seamen of England, and wherein is laid down. I. their ruined state in several particulars. II. That it is like to be three or four years more before they are paid, except an extraordinary supply be raised, and appropriated for them. III. That as many ships, and thousands and ten thousands of men have five or six years pay due, ... IV. A proposal humbly offered how they may be paid off- all by May next, ... V.
