Provenance: Contemporary marginal ms. annotations in two different hands. Inscription on rear pastedown: Ex libris Chrysostomi Lindenfelsij. Occasional annotations in what appears to be Lindenfels' hand. Inscription on front pastedown: v. Antiq. Cotta für 30 [fl?] [i.e. J.G. Cotta'sche Buchhandlung]. Purchased by Sir Thomas Phillipps from Leander Van Ess in 1824; with Phillipps' shelfmark "341" on front pastedown. Inherited by Thomas FitzRoy Fenwick, Phillipps' grandson, in 1872. Purchased from Fenwick by Rosenbach in 1923 and sold to Henry Huntington.
