Three ordinances of the Lords & Commons assembled in Parliament, : for impowering Major General Skippon to inlist voluntiers, and to conduct and lead them out of the late lines, as he shall see occasion, to fight with, kill and slay all such as shall oppose, rise, or make any insurrections against the Parliament, city and kingdom.
