Description: Newspaper clippings and other memorabilia related to the judicial career of Donald R. Wright (1907-1985). A small amount of material deals with his early appointments to municipal courts in the San Gabriel area, but the bulk of the collection focuses on his appointment and term as Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court, 1970-1977. Materials are arranged chronologically. The clippings have been mounted onto 64 x 49 cm. sheets and are housed in 2 cloth clamshell cases.
