Materials in the blue cloth clamshell box include propectuses, pamphlets, booklists, menus, envelopes, bookplates and other ephemera by the Ward Ritchie Press, with the bulk being propectuses for works published between 1940 and 1941. An Excel listing of the items is available upon consultation with the Curator of Rare Books. Material in the other two boxes consists of pamphlets, printing samples, clippings, and bookplates.

This is a collection of eight photographs taken by Marilyn Sanders of California booksellers, book printers, collectors, and writers. Also included is a photocopy of a December 21, 1980, Los Angeles Times article by Sanders summarizing this photograph project. All of the photographs are mounted and signed by the photographer.
