Collection consists mainly of correspondence from the period 1910-14, beginning when Oddie initiated his campaign for governor and ending when he was about to terminate his administration. The correspondence is arranged in 19 boxes in alphabetical order by author. There are also 6 boxes and 4 rolls of Nevada State papers, almost entirely copies of legislative bills for the year 1873, and a small number of documents from other years. Subjects include: mining, politics, and government in Nevada (including divorce laws), women's rights, the financial panic of 1907, the Progressive party, and the Panama-Pacific International Exposition of 1915.

This collection contains the papers of Gloria Molina, who was a Los Angeles County Supervisor of the First Supervisorial District from 1991 to 2014. This collection is mainly comprised of records created and accumulated during her years on the Board of Supervisors. These materials -- including correspondence, agenda, motions, reports, press clippings, notes, ephemera, site plans, photographs, audiovisual and electronic resources -- document a wide range of activities performed by Molina and her staff, such as project planning, legislation, lawsuits, redistricting, campaigning, and budget planning.

The collection contains records that were compiled or created by the Readers of the Huntington Library. The papers of Hensley Woodbridge contain his correspondence and drafts for his bibliography of Jack London, published in 1966. J. Kent Clark's dissertation on Jonathan Swift was begun at Stanford University, delayed by the Second World War and finished while he was working at Caltech. Beach Langston's draft of his book Faulkner, Tradition and Christian Myth contains notes in the margin on how to improve the work and two different drafts of chapter one. The magnetic and VHS tapes contain talks given by readers, including talks for the Friends of the Huntington Library, a membership organization supporting the Library.
