Orders "a responsible member of each family" as well as individuals living alone to report to the Civil Control Station at 249 East Center Street, Anaheim California between May 11 to May 12, 1942. Includes instructions on what individuals and families may or may not bring to the incarceration camps.

It also instructs "a responsible member of each family, and each individual living alone" to report to the Civil Control Station at 2314 South Vermont on April 25 and 26, 1942. Part of a series of proclamations posted prior to the mass incarceration of the Japanese population of the Los Angeles area.
