Includes detailed statistics from approximately 1893-1920 on the California citrus industry, including citrus shipments, crop yields, acreage, frost damage, imports, costs, supply, consumption, railroad freight rates, profit sharing, sales, international imports and exports, as well as data about Chinese workers. Some statistics are also included on citrus growers in Australia, Cuba, and Canada. Statistics primarily relate to oranges and lemons.
