Typescript of an autobiography begun by David Osborne (also spelled Osborn) in February 1860. Osbourne recounts his childhood in Virginia, his conversion to Mormonism, persecutions against the Mormons, the Osbournes' travels throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa, the deaths of his wife and several of their children, and his life in Utah. The autobiography covers the years from 1807 to 1870. A note written by David A. Osborne records the death of his father in 1893.

Microfilm of James W. LeSueur's autobiography, completed in 1929. LeSueur includes anecdotes about his childhood, including witnessing the shooting death of Nathan Tenney (which he mistakenly dates to 1884 instead of 1882) and a trip to Fort Bridger, Wyoming, with his father. He includes some genealogy before recounting his mission to Leeds from 1898-1900 and his visit to the family's ancestral home on the Isle of Guernsey. Much of the volume relates to his business activities, including his work at the St. Johns Co-op and his work in stonecutting and land dealing in Mesa, with detailed accounts of his business accounts and savings. He also writes of his work on the Salt Lake Temple and of a situation in which he was accused of "dealing unfairly" with a widow in a land case, although he was ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing. Portions of the autobiography are partially illegible.

There is also a variety of other correspondence by members of the Arnold family, as well as their friends and colleagues; diaries kept by Delos Arnold (1856), Ralph Arnold (1891-1901), and Winninette Stokes Arnold (c.1921-1934); an account book including John N. Noyes (1848-1867); ephemera and photographs from South Pasadena Junior High School (1930s); some professional papers related to Ralph Arnold; photographs of the Rose Parade (1930s); a large Arnold family tree; Arnold family photographs; and some printed texts and maps.

The collection contains the family, personal, and business papers of cattle rancher J.D. (Jacob Ditzler) Craighead. In addition to the material on the Craighead ranch, there is also information on various irrigation projects including the Otero Irrigation District. There are also 24 diaries (1931-1959) and 11 account books (1899-1949) along with government documents and maps.
