Prosody made easy. : Wherein, the rules are more brief, comprehensive, and perspicuous, than any hitherto published; and are so plain and succinct, that a child learning the declensions, moods and tenses, may at the same time be taught the quantities of the syllables, and read with propriety from the very beginning. The method of scanning Horace's Odes and epodes is laid down in so plain and regular a manner, as to enable a learner of the meanest capacity to scan, and consequently to read them properly, without embarrassment or loss of time.
