Certain proposals of divers clerks and attorneys of the Court of Common-Pleas, : for the taking away fines upon original writs and damage cleer, and regulating the proceedings at law, and remedying some inconveniences. Whereby the client will be much secured, the process shortened, the greatest part of the charge of most suits abated, and many unnecessary suits in law and equity prevented.
