Pamphlet describing a long-running mercantile legal dispute between Amsterdam merchant Laurens Facett, married to an Englishwoman named Sara Paris, and his partner London merchant Sir Thomas Davall. Davall gave power of attorney to Nicolaas van der Haagen and after failing to pay some of his debts, Facett left his business in the hands of Daniel Le Blon, an Amsterdam merchant.
