A Brief sketch of a proposed new line of communication between Dublin and London : via Portdynllaen, (Carnarvonshire), Worcester, and Oxford, capable of being travelled in twelve hours, by means of steam packets and railways : to which are added the report of T. Rogers, Esq., engineer, lighthouse builder, &c. &c. to the Rt. Hon. the Commissioners of His Majesty's revenue in Ireland : and other documents published in 1807, shewing its advantages at that time over the Holyhead line, and demonstrating the utility of Portdynllaen as an asylum harbour : together with the resolutions of two public meetings, one held in the county of Carnarvon, and the other in the city of Dublin
