Inscription on rear pastedown: Iste codex e[st] Ioh[ann]is Neggis ord[inis] fr[atru]m p[re]dica[torum] co[n]ventus augustin[ensis] 1475 9 Januarij ventus turbinis. Inscription in red under last line on leaf [&]6v: Fr Io Ne or pre [i.e. Frater Iohannes Negges ordinis predicatorum?]. Contemporary ms. annotations, chiefly in the margins of the first leaves and on the rear pastedown, possibly in Negges' hand. Inscription on leaf [a]1r: Conuent[us] Augustani F.F. Predicatoru[m].
