  The Kings Maiesties manifesto to the kingdome of Ireland. : Uudertaken [sic] and published by the Marquesse of Clanrickard. Assuring them of the Kings hand, the Queen and Prince of Wales their engagements, and the assurance of the Crown of France for performance thereof.
