The honourable the Lord Ruthen, Sir Arthur Haselrigge Knight, deputy lieutenants, and others subservient to the same commands. : Performed in the towne and county of Leicester aforesaid, before and upon Wednesday the two and twentieth of June 1642. With the votes of both Houses of Parliament, dissanuling His Majesties illegall Commission of Aray.
