A bill drawn up with the advice of the Lord Cook, and exhibited to the House of Commons of the Parliament held tertio Caroli: by Sir Francis Nethersole Knight, then a Member of that House. And a speech then also made therein by him after it had been seen and approved by a peer of this kingdome, then, and yet of the greatest reputation for wisdome. VVith an advertisement touching the said bill. All which were by the said Sir Francis Nethersole put into the hands of a Member of the House of Commons soon after the opening of the late long Parliament
