Confuted by Scriptures, fathers, councels, imperial constitutions, pontificial [sic] decrees, their owne writers, and our martyrs, and the consent of all Christian churches in the world. Diuided into fiue bookes or centuries, that is, so many hundreds of popish heresies and errours
