To the Honourable the Commons of England assembled in Parliament. Proposals humbly offered to raise five hundred thousand pounds per annum, : to make good the adulterated and defaced coin of this kingdom, without hurting the subject; by drawing it from all parts of the kingdom, dominion of Wales, &c. which will not only be a great conveniency to all manner of traders, gentlemen, and others, but also mightily propagate and increase dealings of all kinds.
