Mr. Murray having published a defence of his character and conduct, in which there are severe reflections cast upon the Presbytery of Ballymena in Ireland, : justice requires that the public should have an opportunity of perusing the declaration of said Presbytery, in which there is a particular account of their proceedings relative to Mr. Murray, and the grounds of the censure they past [sic] upon him.
